Can anyone suggest a good 1/12 scale motorcycle kit to start with for a guy that hasn't built one for 40 years? I'm just getting back into the hobby, building cars again and want to pick up a good bike kit, probably Tamiya as I can't stand all the filing, sanding and reworking to make parts fit correctly. I do love the detailed kits though and I wouldn't say that I'm a beginner. The realistic look and the old cafe racers are my favorite. Other than Tamiya I was thinking of Gunze as I've built their cars, but they only seem to have smaller bikes. My favorite so far has been the Tamiya Ducati 900 of Mike Hailwood or maybe a Honda NSR500. Any suggestions for a kit with good detail that goes together well?
